    Holiday Meditations (1, 2, or 3 sessions)

    Join us for one, two, or all three evenings of meditation, inspiration, and intention. During this holiday season, create peace and balance in your life. Take time for “being” rather than “doing.” We will practice a variety of meditations, as well as explore our holiday intentions. Please bring a journal, and wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to attend 1, 2, or all 3 classes. Each will be unique!

    Mindful Meditations - An Evening of Peaceful, Guided Meditation Practice

    Join us for an evening of guided meditation practice, quiet healing and reconnection with yourself, your spirit and your energy.
