Lori Woodhouse, MSW, CPCC, is a Life Coach, Marketing Consultant, Professional Speaker, and owner of Mindful Living Life Coaching, LLC. She has coached and taught hundreds of men and women to create balance, fulfillment, direction and success in their lives. She coaches private clients throughout the country, and teaches locally at St. Francis Hospital's Center for Health Enhancement in Enfield, CT, and UConn Health Center's Celebrate Women Program, in Farmington, CT, as well as through a variety of Businesses, Wellness Centers, and Community Organizations.

Mindful Meditations - An Evening of Peaceful, Guided Meditation Practice
Join us for an evening of guided meditation practice, quiet healing and reconnection with yourself, your spirit and your energy.

'Mindful Meditations' is ideal for anyone who has already attended Lori's meditation workshops in the past, or for first-time meditators. You will experience several guided meditations, including sitting and walking meditations, as well as expressive journaling.

Holiday Meditations(3 sessions)
Join us for 3 evenings of meditation, inspiration, and intention. During this holiday season, create peace and balance in your life. Take time for “being” rather than “doing.” We will practice a variety of meditations, as well as explore our holiday intentions. Please bring a journal, and wear comfortable clothing. Feel free to attend 1, 2, or all 3 classes. Each will be unique!
